AUSTRALIA SQUARE ‘WIN A FREE LUNCH AT AUSTRALIA SQUARE’ PROMOTION – Terms and Conditions
PROMOTION DATES
1. Promotional period starts at 9:00am Monday 19 December 2011 and ends 11:59pm 30 June 2011.
ENTRY DETAILS
Method of Entry: Become a Fan and Subscribe to the Australia Square e-Newsletter via Facebook App
2. To enter, entrants must become a Fan of Australia Square’s Facebook page (facebook.com/AustraliaSquare)
and subscribe to the Australia Square e-newsletter by filling out the form.
3. Entrants may enter via the Australia Square Facebook application only.
4. Entries must include the entrant’s first name, last name and email address to be considered valid.
5. Incomplete entries or any entry not compliant with the terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
6. Limit of one entry per person.
7. This competition is only open to residents living in New South Wales.
8. Current subscribers of the Australia Square e-newsletter are eligible to enter by following the aforementioned entry details.
DRAW DETAILS
9. This is a game of skill.
10. The entries will be collected, collated and entered into a database by Design & Marketing Pty Ltd.
11. Design and Marketing will notify the first five entrants daily, excluding weekends.
12. The first five entrants of each day will be contacted on the following business day by Design + Marketing via email and a follow up phone call on behalf of Australia Square (if a phone number is provided).
13. The first five entries made on a Saturday or Sunday will be notified on the following business day.
14. Unclaimed vouchers after 3 business days from notification will result in forfeit of the prize.
PRIZE DETAILS
15. The first five entrants to successfully become a Facebook fan AND subscribe to the e-newsletter each day of the competition period will win a free lunch voucher (valued at $15).
16. The winner will be liable for any additional lunch costs that exceed $15.00 in value.
17. Design & Marketing will send out the prize to the winners on behalf of Australia Square.
18. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced by Australia Square.
19. Total prize is valued at $15.00.
20. This offer is non refundable, non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
21. The original voucher must be surrendered to participating restaurants in order to redeem the prize.
22. No cash back will be given for transactions that do not meet $15.00.
23. The winners must provide Design + Marketing with a mailing address for the prize to be delivered.
GENERAL
24. All entries agree to subscribe to Australia Square’s e-newsletter and receive relevant marketing communication from Australia Square. Database members can choose to unsubscribe at any time. Australia Square and their tenants may send you material on special offers, news updates and marketing material to the contact details specified on the entry form. Subscriber contact details will not be provided or sold to any company not related to Australia Square.
25. Employees and employee family members of Australia Square, Australia Square Management, The GPT Group and Dexus Property Group are ineligible to enter.
26. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.
